How a retail order runs.
1. Choose your pair. Pick a style, size and colour on the product page and add it to your cart.
2. Confirm the price. Retail pricing is confirmed for your order before anything is charged — no automatic payment is taken at checkout.
3. Confirm delivery. We confirm the destination, dispatch window and any delivery cost for your address before the order is placed.
4. Order placed. You receive written confirmation of the order, the price agreed and the delivery arrangements.
Buying in quantity?
Wholesale and OEM/ODM orders run on a separate route and do not go through the retail cart.
