Terms and Conditions

Scope of supply

We supply men's leather shoes in genuine leather: Oxfords, Derbies, loafers and casual leather shoes. We sell in three ways: individually to buyers, in quantity to retailers and wholesalers, and to order under OEM/ODM agreements. Which route applies to you is stated in the section that covers it.

Prices and order confirmation

Prices are in euro. Retail pricing on this site is confirmed for your order rather than being fixed at the moment you add an item to your cart. Wholesale and OEM/ODM pricing depends on quantities, specification and destination, and is quoted per enquiry. An order is accepted when we confirm the price, the contents and the delivery arrangements in writing.

No payment is taken through this site.

Availability

Stock and production capacity change. If an item you have asked for is not available, we will tell you before accepting the order rather than after.

Sizing

Sizes are European. If you are between sizes, tell us and we will advise from the last shape rather than guess.

Delivery

We supply across Europe. The delivery cost, method and dispatch window are confirmed for your destination before the order is accepted. Delivery times outside the confirmed window are not something we guarantee in advance.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled without charge up to the point at which we have committed to production or dispatch. Once production has started, cancellation terms are those confirmed for that order. We will always state which applies.

Returns

Returns are accepted on unworn pairs in their original packaging, within the period stated in your order confirmation. Pairs that have been worn, altered or resoled cannot be returned. Refunds are made to the original payment method once the pair has been received and checked.

Wholesale

Wholesale orders are confirmed on the same basis as retail orders, with pricing, minimum quantities and payment terms stated in the confirmation for that order. Wholesale enquiries do not go through the retail cart.

OEM / ODM

For OEM and ODM work, the specification, materials, quantities, sampling, payment stages and acceptance criteria are set out in the proposal and order confirmation for that project. Nothing in those pages replaces a signed project agreement.

Product information

We publish the shape, material and finish of each style. We do not publish leather grades, tanning origins, construction methods or stock levels that we cannot evidence. If a detail matters to your purchase, ask and we will say whether we can confirm it.

Liability

We supply goods of the agreed specification. We are responsible for them under the terms of the order. We do not promise results we cannot control, such as delivery dates before production has been scheduled, or the performance of goods modified after delivery.

Complaints and disputes

Write to support@slssons.com with your order reference and the details of the issue. We will acknowledge and respond. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may refer it to the courts of England and Wales, which is where we are registered.
