Who we are

S AND L SONS LIMITED is the data controller for this site. We are registered in England and Wales under Company No. 14919322, with our registered office at 4 Durham Avenue, Heston, England, TW5 0HG. You can reach us at support@slssons.com or on 20 3796 0421.

What this site collects

This site is a catalogue. Browsing the collection, opening a product page and adding something to your cart do not require you to give us any personal data, and this site does not create an account for you.

If you send us an enquiry through the contact or wholesale forms, we hold the name, email address, any company name you give and the message you write, for as long as it takes to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

If you place an order through the cart, we hold the delivery details and order contents needed to fulfil it.

Why we use it

Enquiry data is used to reply to you and to keep a record of what was agreed. Order data is used to fulfil the order, to confirm price and delivery, and to handle any subsequent question about it. We do not use your details to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell them.

Payments

No payment is taken on this site. The payment logos shown in the footer indicate the methods we support for orders placed with us; they are not a checkout on this site and no card details are collected here.

Cookies

See the Cookies Policy for what this site stores on your device and how to change your choice.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer later questions about the same enquiry. Order records are kept for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us at support@slssons.com and we will deal with the request.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share what is strictly necessary with service providers who host the site and deliver orders, and with authorities where we are legally required to do so.
